USES:
Anise Seed has a mild licorice flavor and is used in cuisines all around the world, namely Middle Eastern, Italian, German, Indian, and Mexican.
It is widely used in traditional baked goods like cookies, breads, biscotti, and candies, and can also be used in potpourri mixes and herbal tea blends.
Anise Seeds are often chewed after a meal to aid in digestion and to freshen breath.

Contains 70-90% Anethole from the 1-4% volatile oil, fatty acid, flavonoids, furanocoumarins, sterols, proteins, and phenylpropanoids, coumarins, and carbohydrates.
