USES:
Burdock Leaf has many medicinal and culinary uses.
For Skin: Burdock leaf is often used in skin creams, salves, tinctures, and can also be used in a poultice for skin conditions such as mild burns, bruises, and other inflammatory skin issues - Can be infused into oils for skin and hair as well - rub into scalp for best results.
As a tea: Burdock leaf can be made into a tea or mixed into herbal blends for an added boost of anti oxidants. Burdock has a fresh, mild flavor that blends well with most herbs.
Culinary: Can be sprinkled into soups and stews as a thickening agent. Can also be added to any savory meal for added nutrition! use like parsley flakes.
