USES:
Burdock Root has many medicinal and culinary uses.
For Skin: Burdock Root is often used in skin creams, salves, tinctures, and can also be used in a poultice for skin conditions such as mild burns, bruises, and other inflammatory skin issues - Can be infused into oils for skin and hair as well - rub into scalp for best results.
As a tea: Burdock Root can be made into a tea or mixed into herbal blends for an added boost of anti oxidants. Burdock has a fresh, mild flavor that blends well with most herbs.
