USES:
Dried Bilberry fruit, a cousin of Huckleberry, Cranberry, and Blueberry, can be used to make Jams, or baked goods like Breads, Cakes, and Pies.
It makes an excellent addition to herbal teas, and is often used in winemaking, and to make fruit drinks.
