USES:
Skincare: Chamomile can be infused in oils and/or added to things like soaps, lotions, and hair rinses. A strong chamomile hair rinse can add light highlights to hair.
Chamomile is a great addition to tea blends - it has a calming, soothing aroma and flavor. The flowers can be added to foods like soups, salad dressings and salads, and baked goods.
